Three questions the desk hears most

For a standard forcing cycle we ask for a reservation six to ten weeks before the target bloom week. Larger lots and unusual varieties need more notice because the cold period is longer and the greenhouse bench has to be booked in advance. If you have a fixed event date, write to the desk with the date and the stem count, and the planning staff will tell you whether the current calendar can meet it.

Yes. Buyers considering a first order can arrange a bench visit through the Causeway Bay desk. Visits are held outside auction windows so that the rail and the packing staff are not interrupted. Please provide the names of attendees and a preferred morning, and the desk will confirm a time by email.

The handler contacts the buyer before the crate reaches the export gate. The run sheet records the time of the delay and the action taken, so there is a written trail for both sides. Depending on the delay, the crate can be held in cold store, re-routed to a later collection slot, or released with a note on the sheet. We do not leave the buyer to discover a delay at the receiving dock.
